Two New Dashboards
Builder Insights and Arrivals & Departures joined the "secret menu" of new dashboards at https://new.mmi.run/dashboards.
What's New
- Builder Insights: search a builder company and see which lenders finance them, how much they are producing, and which markets they are active in. Prospecting builder relationships turns from a research project into a single lookup.
- Arrivals & Departures (first version): track loan officer movement between lenders and how much production moved with them.
Cleaner, More Flexible Contact Pushes
Pushing contacts from DataCenter to your CRM is now more accurate and more forgiving.
What's New
- New editable review step before a roster push, so you can correct a name, phone, or email before it reaches your CRM. Especially handy for bulk pushes.
- Loan officers who list only a work phone or work email now show a usable contact method on the push form instead of a blank field.
- Push forms no longer require an email address, so you can send along a contact you only have a phone number for.
- Lender contact pushes now route correctly, one at a time or in bulk, for customers who use Bonzo as their CRM.
- Agent Partners CSV exports now include contact information.
Bug Fixes
This cycle also includes important reliability improvements:
- Interest rates typed into a transaction are now stored and displayed exactly as entered
- Lead Store payments now report their real outcome, and token balances can no longer dip below zero
- BI dashboards no longer error after a tab has been open a while; sessions refresh quietly in the background
- Realtor and loan officer profile pages now load fully on a fresh page load and when opened in a new tab
- Names and notes with accents and special characters save correctly
- Get Pre-Qualified works on My Mortgages property pages, and the resulting search activity is attributed to the right loan officer
- Loan officer analytics, rankings, and snapshot views now handle missing data cleanly instead of erroring
- Free lead batch exports complete without a checkout error
- Accounts from the first migration wave no longer see an outdated app switcher link
- Corrected a misplaced key icon
The Smart Broadcast Builder
Sending a broadcast is now one guided flow instead of a scattering of screens. Pick your audience, write the message, set the timing, and review a running summary before anything sends.
What's New
- One builder for SMS, email, and voicemail broadcasts, with the token cost shown as you go
- Schedule for a date and time or send immediately, and turn on batching to spread a large send out over time with a live timeline of each batch. Very large audiences batch automatically to protect deliverability.
- Open the builder from where you already are: from a pipeline stage's menu to message everyone in that stage, or from a broadcast's details to build a follow-up
- Save any message as a reusable template on the spot
- Voicemail templates now live in one place across broadcasts and the Content Library, including across related businesses, so a message recorded once is available everywhere you send from
Shark Tank Becomes a Full Lead Workspace
Shark Tank grew from a claim button into a complete claim, work, and hand-back loop for teams running a shared pool of inbound leads.
What's New
- Any webhook lead source can now feed Shark Tank directly. Monitor those leads for response time as usual, or flip on instant claiming so the whole team can see and call them the moment they arrive.
- High Intent pills flag the leads worth grabbing first, and expire 30 minutes after a lead arrives so the pill means "act now"
- A new My Prospects tab gives you a place to work claimed leads, scoped to what you actually own
- Release a prospect back to the pool (one at a time or several at once), pick it back up if you change your mind, or remove it outright. Released contacts are marked so the team can see what is back in play.
- Real-time search as you type, and paging through long lists now behaves correctly
A Much Faster Bonzo on Large Accounts
The inbox, pipeline board, pipelines list, and People tab were reworked to load from bounded, indexed queries instead of counting your entire database on every page view. If you have been living with slow loads on a big book of business, this is the change you will feel.
What's New
- Pipeline boards paint immediately, with counts loading separately and simple next/previous paging
- Favorited conversations are exempt from the inbox's recent activity window, so pinned threads stay reachable no matter how old they are
See Which Conversations Your AI Is Handling
Conversations now shows an AI agent indicator on prospects your AI responder is engaged with, and you can filter the inbox down to just those threads. No more guessing whether a lead is waiting on you or already in a conversation.
Webhook and API Docs, Now Inside Bonzo
Integration documentation moved out of a separate external site and into the app, right next to the settings it describes.
What's New
- Event hook, webhook, and API docs now live in-app, so setup no longer means a second browser tab
- Event hooks can carry a name and description, and a delivery log shows what fired and what came back
- Event hook deliveries now carry a signature header, so receiving systems can verify a request really came from Bonzo
New Analytics Dashboards
The Analytics area now takes you to the rebuilt dashboards in ChatMMI instead of the old reporting screens. Same click from the nav, considerably more behind it.
Improvements
Contacts & People
- Team leads get a dedicated view of recently deleted prospects, so an accidental delete is a few clicks to undo instead of a support ticket
- Filter the People tab by which contacts have a credit profile available, or search by several lead IDs at once
- Reorder the custom fields on a contact's details by dragging them into the order your team actually reads
- Notes created by an import or integration now carry a source label, so you can tell what your team wrote versus what a system added
- MMI work contact details now come across as secondary contact information, and a new toggle lets you keep existing details when MMI matches an existing person rather than overwriting them
- Prospect and campaign tags are now scoped at the organization level, with permissions on creating and deleting, so tag lists stay clean across teams
Messaging & Automation
- Content Studio designs now render each contact's own details when used in messaging, so a single design personalizes itself per recipient
- Broadcast history now breaks email results down by delivery outcome, so you can separate a bounce from a block from a genuine delivery
- Automated messaging windows are now enforced in the prospect's local timezone, not the sender's
- Lead routing now supports routing across multiple teams, with better exclusion tag handling and round robin that distributes landing page leads by the page they came from
- A small × in the conversation search box clears your search in one click
Credit & Compliance
- "Run On-Demand" is now called Credit PreCheck throughout the interface, so the button says what it does
- MonitorBase alert routing now recognizes On Demand as its own alert type, so those alerts can be handled separately
- Imports and webhook settings now state plainly that DNC scrubbing reduces risk rather than guaranteeing compliance, and imports hold unverified rows when the scrubber is unavailable
- Landing page content is now sanitized and unsafe links are blocked, protecting your pages and the people who visit them
Admin & Billing
- One-time token purchases let you pick your payment method instead of defaulting to one on file, and a failed lookup can be retried
- Super users can now edit every campaign setting, and moderators get read-only access to the Subscriptions tab for billing questions
- The cancellation flow opens with a clear keep-or-delete confirmation and asks a more useful set of reasons
- Import summaries now show the true number of rows in your file
- One-time sign-in codes autofill from your password manager, with a full-width entry field on mobile
- The in-app calls setting now spells out that it also covers the Bonzo Go mobile app
🐞 Bug Fixes
This month includes a large batch of reliability improvements:
Campaigns & Broadcasts
- Campaigns no longer skip a day when a scheduling pass fails, so multi-day sequences stay on schedule
- Birthday and loan anniversary messages send reliably on large accounts, and one bad record no longer holds up the whole batch
- Enterprise Playbook campaigns can now enroll prospects on child teams
- Campaigns are no longer claimed by the wrong organization when duplicated, imported, or enrolled from a child team
- Campaign cutoff settings show the campaign's own team timezone instead of the viewer's
- Connector lines in the campaign builder re-anchor correctly when a step changes size
- Scheduled broadcast times display correctly in broadcast history
- Lender and credit score merge fields are now limited to email, where they actually work
- Opt-out after a cancelled send and campaign control visibility issues resolved
Conversations & Messaging
- Snoozed conversations stay out of your regular inbox views instead of reappearing
- Prospects who reply STOP are now removed from the list they were messaged from
- Stuck unread indicators on older conversations now clear properly
- Conversation previews no longer show a stray "You:" prefix or empty content, and switching prospects quickly no longer mixes up whose record you are viewing
- The enhanced conversation panel no longer blanks out mid-load, and a stray "failed to fetch" error toast is gone
Calls & Voicemail
- Outbound calling keeps working for teams with in-app calling turned off, and stale ringing calls clean themselves up
- A missed call no longer reassigns a lead away from the team member who already replied to them
- Recorded voicemail templates upload correctly instead of failing on the filename
- In-app calls handle simultaneous conference joins correctly
Contacts, Imports & Pipelines
- Moving, tagging, or deleting large groups of prospects now runs in the background instead of timing out
- Imports that stalled part way pick the remaining rows back up, stop counting empty trailing rows as records, and match assignee emails regardless of capitalization
- Prospect moves skip duplicates rather than failing, and pipeline stage moves retry cleanly when the board is busy
- Pipeline stage automations no longer stall on certain stage timing settings, and the stage spinner stops when a load fails
- Deleted custom fields no longer appear as filter options, and custom field ordering is kept per business so one team's arrangement doesn't reshuffle another's
- Disabled members no longer appear in the team restore picker
- The realtor view's Company column now populates instead of showing blank
- Task exports respect the status filter you applied instead of exporting every task
Sign-In & Connections
- Single sign-on users are no longer asked to reset a password they do not have
- Someone who never verified their signup email can now request a new verification email instead of being locked out
- Microsoft email connections work across both app registrations
- Email domain checks are scoped to your account, so a domain another account uses no longer blocks yours
Tokens & Billing
- Token bundles are no longer credited twice when a subscription is created, and cancelled add-ons are removed cleanly at renewal
- Phone number swaps only charge tokens once the swap actually succeeds
- Token subscriptions no longer mint unpaid tokens when a quantity is increased, and per-seat token limits display correctly for MMI One teams
- Billing only locks account access when a main subscription invoice fails, not on a side charge, and low token notifications now name the team they are about
- Buy Tokens is hidden for MMI One accounts that purchase differently, and managed field settings deep link straight through to MMI One
Other
- Archived team members are included where enterprise team lists need them, so counts and bulk actions stop coming up short
- The IP Addresses tab no longer throws a false "not allowed" error
- Paused daily email reports no longer show a toggle that does nothing
- Several pipeline and prospect list slowdowns on very large accounts were resolved
