Bonzai Assistant
Just ask. Bonzai finds contacts, summarizes conversations, and drafts follow-ups for you. Try "Find everyone tagged Refi 2026 who hasn't replied in 30 days." For anything you ask, Bonzai checks with you before it sends or changes something.
What it does
- Call Review: after every recorded call, Bonzai writes up the call, updates the contact (including Custom Fields), and sets your follow-up tasks.
- Call Review for managers: see a score, the trend, and the reason behind it for every recorded call. Add up to 15 Scorecard criteria of your own, like "asked about income."
- Creation Flow: describe the campaign you want and Bonzai builds the steps. Nothing goes live until you review it and turn it on.
- Voice Profile: record your voice once. Your ringless voicemails then speak to each contact in your voice, using merge tags like first name and address.
- Personalized Video: record one video and Bonzai makes a copy for each contact that greets them by name. You see the cost up front and approve every video.
- Compose: tap the sparkle button in any text or email box for a first draft you can make your own.
- Call transcription: every recorded call and voicemail comes with a transcript, a summary, and the mood of the conversation, for 8 tokens per started minute.
Accounts Enhancements
What's New
- Custom field filter: filter the Accounts list by custom fields.
- Import updates: imports can update custom fields on existing accounts. Import results include an Updated tab and list problems by field.
- CSV export: select accounts and export them to CSV. A download link is sent by email when the file is ready.
- Contact visibility: Team Members see only their own contacts on an account, including in search, movements, and contact counts. Team Leads and Super Users see all team contacts.
- Loan Officers Hired and Departed: the counts link to the loan officers they include.
