This release brings powerful new search and filtering tools to Data Center, real-time borrower engagement intelligence to Pathways Home, and important messaging and workflow improvements across Bonzo. Key highlights include targeted LO search filters, a new Attribution Center on My Properties, smarter SMS handling, and a redesigned Webhook interface.
Targeted LO Search Filters
Finding specific loan officers just got a lot easier. Instead of relying on a single free-text search box, you can now filter by first name, last name, company, and state using clickable filter pills. Switch to Specific Search mode for precise results, or toggle back to wildcard search at any time.

Lender Quick Lists
The Lenders section now includes a Quick Lists experience, giving you a faster and more structured way to search, filter, and act on lender data.
When you open the Lenders tab, you land directly in the Quick Lists view. From there, you can apply filters through a right-side panel, review results in a clean table, and take action on selected records — all without leaving the page. The original lender search tools are still available under a Legacy Searches tab, right next to the Lenders tab.
What's New
- Filter lenders by details like name, NMLS ID, category, tenure, roster size, branch count, and location — with cascading state, county, and city selectors
- Filter by performance data including 14-month production volume and units
- Filter by transaction type, loan type, QM vs. Non-QM, average loan amount, and the states a lender has worked in
- Results table displays up to 100 lenders, sorted by 14-month production volume by default
- Select one or more lenders to export or push to your CRM from the action bar
- Save your filter combinations as Saved Searches for quick reuse
- Refresh results at any time without resetting your filters

Fast Facts Profile Updates
Fast Facts profiles now show more data by default and are easier to navigate. Relationship tables default to "All Time" so you see the full picture immediately, and profile links now support opening in a new tab — so you can browse multiple profiles without losing your place.

Help Center Button
The Help Center has been moved to the top bar, so it no longer floats over page content. This keeps it accessible from anywhere in the app while staying out of the way.
Attribution Center on My Properties
Your My Properties page now shows how borrowers are engaging with your property pages. A new engagement panel at the top surfaces page views, pre-qualification clicks, tour requests, and saved properties. Enhanced filter tabs help you prioritize which borrowers to reach out to next.

SMS Unavailable State
Bonzo now clearly indicates when a contact's phone number can't receive text messages. The message composer is automatically disabled for landlines, VoIP numbers, and invalid numbers — saving you tokens and giving you instant clarity on contact reachability.

Pipeline Actions Dynamic Check
Pipeline and campaign actions now give you more flexibility in how conditions are evaluated. In addition to the existing single-check behavior, you can now use Dynamic Check to have the system recheck conditions on a recurring interval until a prospect qualifies and the action can run.
What’s New:
- New Dynamic Check option for pipeline and campaign action conditions
- Automatically rechecks conditions every 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, or 24 hours
- If a prospect does not meet the conditions right away, the system keeps checking until they do, then runs the action automatically
- Existing Single Check behavior is still available and remains unchanged unless Dynamic Check is selected
Campaign Pause
Following up with engaged leads just got easier. When a prospect replies to a campaign message, the campaign will still pause automatically so they do not keep receiving scheduled messages while you are actively talking with them. Now, you can also manually resume that campaign later if the conversation goes quiet, so the sequence can continue from where it left off.

- Campaigns still pause automatically when a prospect responds
- You can now manually resume a paused campaign from the contact or conversation view
- Campaign details show the campaign name, current day in the sequence, and current status
- Resumed campaigns continue from the same point instead of starting over

Consumer Cell Carrier Visibility
You can now see the carrier type — mobile, landline, or VoIP — for each contact directly on their record. Know the best way to reach someone before you pick up the phone or send a text.

Inline Merge Tag Shortcut
Personalizing messages just got faster. Type # in any SMS or email editor to instantly pull up a merge tag picker — no more navigating through menus to insert contact fields.

Webhook Redesign and Performance
The Webhook interface has been redesigned with a cleaner, more modern layout. The biggest improvement is loading speed — especially for larger organizations — thanks to a smarter default on the Logs view. Core functionality like routing, mapping, and prospect handling is unchanged.
