The Add Transaction tool allows you to correct or manually add transactions that haven't yet appeared in public records yet.
The Add Transaction tool lets you manually add recent loans and correct errors in public records, ensuring your production data is accurate and up-to-date even before county records catch up.
Key Capabilities:
- Add New Transactions - Submit recently closed loans that haven't appeared in public records yet (typically takes 30-90 days for county data to flow into the system)
- Correct Existing Transactions - Fix errors in public records like incorrect loan amounts, wrong transaction types (Purchase vs. Refinance), or recording date mistakes
- Immediate Visibility - See your manually-added and corrected transactions in your Transaction History right away with "Manual" status
- Required Fields Only - Minimum information needed: Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, and Closing Date
- Personal View Only - Your unverified transactions are visible only to you until county verification; verified transactions become searchable by recruiters and included in production metrics.
