My Properties Page
*Note: after identifying some performance issues, My Properties has been hidden while the development makes necessary improvements to ensure optimal functioning of the page.
The new My Properties page brings everything together into a single, purpose-built hub with automatically enriched contact data that minimizes manual input.
It allows loan officers to manage properties they care about, view detailed Property Pages, and take action with a streamlined "click and go" experience that keeps you moving forward.
With this release, you can:
- View and manage property details in one place
- Manually create properties
- Filter properties based on basic engagement details (Property Pages and Welcome Digests)
- View and edit borrower data
The redesigned interface features a modern, streamlined layout that makes exploring and acting on property data faster and more intuitive than ever before.

Loan Officer Search: Quick Lists
Our newly updated Loan Officer Search make it easy to find, save, and reuse groups of Loan Officers—without the complexity of full list setup.
You can filter for exactly the Loan Officers you’re looking for, then save that filter set as a Saved Search to access again anytime. It’s a fast, flexible way to return to the same audience whenever you need it.
Even better, any filtered list can be instantly converted into a Dynamic List. With a single action, you can turn your saved filters into an automated list—unlocking ongoing updates, workflows, and automations within seconds.
This give you the best of both worlds:
- Fast, reusable groupings for everyday work

Global Default Permissions
Global Default Permissions lets admins set up access once and automatically apply it to every new user who joins the organization. Instead of starting with an empty account, new team members immediately have access to the tools they need from day one.
Admins can create reusable roles that group permissions together—then choose one role to act as the default for all new users. This keeps onboarding fast, consistent, and stress-free, while still allowing full flexibility to customize access for specific users when needed.
It’s a smarter, more scalable way to manage team access—and a true set-it-and-forget-it onboarding experience.

County Filtering Improvements
Fixed issues where county dropdowns were not working or searchable in Loan Officer and Real Estate views. County filters now behave as expected, making it easier to narrow results accurately.
- Save As for Loan Officer Search & Dynamic Lists You can now use Save As from the Loan Officer Search to quickly reuse your current filters. When saving, you’ll have the option to create a Saved List for quick access or convert it into a Dynamic List to unlock automation and ongoing updates—without rebuilding your filters from scratch.
