Team Chat provides a dedicated space for team members to collaborate, communicate, and share resources directly within the platform. Whether you're brainstorming, coordinating tasks, or sharing updates, Team Chat allows for real-time interactions that help streamline workflows and improve team alignment. With added tools like announcements and an AI trainer, this feature is designed to enhance productivity and make Bonzo your team's central workspace.
Using Team Chat
To access Team Chat, navigate to the general sidebar navigation and click on "Team Chat." Once there, you'll see a list of team members and an open conversation window.

To start a Chat Room, click the pink “+ Add Chat Room” button at the bottom of the screen or the "+" button labeled “Create New Room” at the top.
Select the team members you want to include in the chat room.
Begin collaborating immediately by typing in the chat box. Use the toolbar at the bottom of the chat window to add emojis, GIFs, attachments, or link a prospect using merge tags for easy reference. -
You can edit and view chat room settings by accessing the "Chat Control Panel" on the right-hand side which provides insights into the chat topic, participating team members, and shared assets. Use the search icon to quickly locate messages or files in your chat history.

Top-level users (SuperUsers and Team Leads) can create an "Announcements" channel by clicking the “+” icon next to Chat Rooms and selecting Announcements. This can be utilized to broadcast organization or team specific information like sales objectives, daily motivation, or weekly reminders.
Label the channel and decide whether it will be open for responses from team members or restricted to owner-only posts.
Team members will see a pink pulsing icon next to Team Chat when new announcements are available. -
With our Token-based communication system, admins and team members can utilize tokens to practice their sales strategies and objections handling with "AI Trainer: ChatBot." To create an AI Trainer Chat Room click “+ Add Chat Room" and select "AI Conversation."
Next, choose a bot persona with a difficulty level and bio that suits your training goals.Start the conversation with a brief introduction, and the AI will generate responses to simulate a real prospect interaction.
