Bonzo Spark enhances your experience on our platform by integrating AI technology into key actions. With Spark, you can generate customized AI-driven campaigns and event messages with specific goals and communication styles, making it easier to get started in crafting your outreach.

Generate a Campaign

1. From your Bonzo dashboard, head to "Campaigns" and click on "+Add Campaign."

    

   

    

2. Name your campaign and choose between "Day-Based" or "Date-Based." Click "Create" to proceed.

3. On the Campaign Templates page, find the new beta feature labeled "AI-Based Campaign Generation." Click "Generate Campaign" to kickstart the process.

    

   

    

   Note: AI-based campaign generation is still in BETA and currently the feature does NOT cost tokens to preview or generate campaigns.

    

4. Bonzo Spark will prompt you to make key decisions:

   
   • Set a "Goal" for your campaign: "Engage," "Convert," "Sell," or "Response."
   • Choose the communication style: "Formal," "Friendly," "Humorous," or "Convincing."
   • Establish the number of "Sending Days" and the campaign's end date.
   • Determine the "Events Per Day" to control the frequency of messages.
     
     

5. Once you've fine-tuned your preferences, hit the "Generate" button.

    

   

    

6. Allow Bonzo Spark a few moments to work its magic and create a campaign based on your settings.

7. Click on your campaign to review and edit. We recommend adjusting any language to ensure that your outreach matches your own unique voice.

    

   

    

Generate Event Messages

1. From your campaigns edit screen, click on an event, and then the dropdown arrow under the message field that says "Generate (AI)."

    

   

    

2. Similar to AI generated campaigns, with AI generated event messages, you will prompt the AI with both a "Goal" and "Style" for the message.

    

   

    

    

   Goal: the specific outcome you are looking for with this message. Choose from engage, convert, sell, or respond.

   Style: the tone and personality you want to convey through your message. Choose from formal, friendly, humorous, or convincing.

   Once you make the appropriate selections, click on "Generate (AI)" to have Bonzo Spark craft your message.

    

3. Spark creates messages that incorporate Bonzo merge tags and emojis, giving each message a personalized and unique feel for the contact.

    

   

    

   Please note that, unlike generating AI campaigns, using Bonzo Spark to create campaign event messages consumes tokens. Each time you click the "Generate (AI)" button, 10 tokens will be used.

AI Based Controls

Account admins and/or top-level users have the ability to disable AI-based campaign generation for their teams or team members.

1. Navigate up to "Settings, down to the "Company" tab and click on "Company."

    

   

    

2. Scroll down to the section that begins with the option: "Enable AI features."

    

   

    

   When toggled on (pink), AI features will be available to all team members. Additionally, you can enable (pink) or disable (gray) specific AI features, such as Spark (AI-generated Campaigns and Event messages), and Transcription (inbound and outbound call and voicemail transcription and summaries).
