What is Enrichment in Bonzo?

Enrichment in Bonzo is a dynamic feature designed to enhance your CRM experience by automatically updating and enriching the contact details of your prospects, specifically their address, phone number, and email. This tool not only saves time by eliminating the need for manual data updates but also ensures that you have the most current information at your fingertips.

Enriching Data from the Communication View 

1. From your data dropdown, navigate to your People tab and click on a prospect, this brings you into the communication view.
   
   
   
   
2. On the right hand side you will see their "Prospect Data." Click on the wand icon in the top right to activate Enrichment on this prospect. Keep in mind that Enrichment uses tokens from your account. 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Data discovered through Enrichment will appear in the "Additional Contact Information" section within "Prospect Data." Existing data will remain unchanged. If no additional contact information is found, the section will remain blank, and no tokens will be deducted from your account.
   
   
   
   

Enriching Data from a Webhook 

1. To access your Webhook Settings, navigate to "Settings," down to the "Integrations" tab and click on the webhook you would like to adjust. 
   
   
   
   
   
2. Scroll to the bottom and you will see the ability to "Run Enrichment" for every prospect who is pushed over using this Webhook. Keep in mind, just like the manual enrichment above, this automated Enrichment using a Webhook incurs a Token cost. 
   
   

Enriching Data from an Import

1. Navigate to "Import" under the "Data" dropdown and select "New Import" and then "Import from File" 
   
   
   
   
2. Once you click on or drag your imported file into file screen, the option to "Run Enrichment" will appear in the section below. It's important to remember that Token cost will be multiplied to include every prospect in your spreadsheet. The total token cost will apply to only those prospects where additional information is found. 
   
   

Post-Enrichment

You have the option to integrate the enriched data into your prospect details. Simply hover over the wand icon and select 'Swap' to replace current info with the enriched data.

Back in your People tab, any contact that you've attempted to enrich will now have a pink wand next to their name for visibility and tracking.
