ChatBot, Bonzo's AI Trainer, allows you and your team to practice and refine your sales tactics by interacting with an AI-powered trainer directly within Bonzo. This tool simulates real-life conversations with potential clients, giving you the opportunity to improve your communication skills in a controlled environment.

1. To access the AI Trainer, start from your dashboard and navigate to the Team Chat section. This area displays all current open chats between you and your team.

    

   

    

2. To create a new chat with an AI bot, click the "+" sign at the top of the "Chat rooms" screen, and then select "AI conversation."

    

   

    

3. Next you have the option to choose between two bot personas: John the home buyer and Emily the home buyer.

   

   Each persona comes with a brief description providing context and background, helping you understand the type of interaction you might expect. Additionally, a difficulty rating is provided for each persona, indicating how challenging the conversation might be. Once you've selected the persona that best suits your training needs, click "Create" to start the chat.

    

4. In the conversation window, you can begin by introducing yourself and asking how the bot is doing or how you can assist.

    

   

    

   The bot will respond based on the persona and difficulty level you selected, allowing you to continue the conversation as you would with a real client.

    

5. If you need to step away, you can leave the conversation at any time and return later. To resume, simply go back to the Team Chat section where your ongoing conversation will be saved. When you're ready to respond, type your message in the text box at the bottom and click the send button.

    

   

    

   The AI Trainer will process your message and reply after a brief pause, at which point you can continue the interaction.

   Note: Using ChatBot consumes tokens. Each time you or a team member types a new query and clicks the send button, 10 tokens are used.

AI Based Controls

Account admins and/or top-level users have the ability to disable ChatBot for their teams or team members.

1. Navigate up to "Settings, down to the "Company" tab and click on "Company."

    

   

    

2. Scroll down to the section that begins with the option: "Enable AI features."

    

   

    

3. When "Enable AI Features" is toggled off (gray), all AI features including ChatBot will be disabled for teams and/or team members.
