Content Library, a centralized hub designed to streamline your communication efforts within our platform. This initial version of the Content Library serves as a repository for all your quick replies and message templates, including text, email, voicemail, and task messages.
Creating Templates and Quick-Replies in Content Library

From your Dashboard, scroll over to your general tab and clicking on Content Library.

Within the "Mine" section, you'll find the content you've personally created, unique to your Bonzo account, while in the "Shared" section, you'll see content others in your team have made available to you.

To organize or expand your library, click "New" to create fresh templates or folders, keeping your communication materials organized and easily accessible.

When creating a new template, you can choose to create an SMS, email, voicemail, task message, call or video script.
Tasks, call scripts, and video scripts are internal content meant exclusively for you and your teams. These scripts provide guidance and talking points for calling prospects or creating marketing videos.

Give your template a name and then craft the content utilizing merge tags, Gifs, emojis, videos, and attachments.
Review your template token rate and decide if you would like to share the content to the rest of the team, then click "Save."
Utilizing Templates and Quick-Replies in Campaigns
- In a campaign event message, navigate to the template icon.
The system will display the templates relevant to the type of message you are creating. For instance, if you are drafting a text message, the library will only show you your text message templates.
- Click "Use" on the template you would like to include for the Campaign event message.
