The Universal Navigation bar in Bonzo to creates a clean and consistent experience, providing access to connected applications like Content Studio and MMI DataCenter.
The most important thing to know is that this update does not change how you use Bonzo day to day. All of the same tools and features are still available where you expect them. The goal of this update is simply to make navigation clearer and easier while keeping everything familiar.
The Universal Navigation organizes key tools, account controls, and cross-app navigation in a shared top bar. Over time, this navigation will continue to expand across the MMI platform, making it easier to move between products and access shared tools without needing to relearn different interfaces.
Collapsible Navigation
The left navigation can now be collapsed, giving you more space to focus on the information and tools you’re working with.
When the sidebar is collapsed, Bonzo still keeps everything accessible. If a section previously contained a submenu, those pages will appear as individual navigation options, making them easy to access without expanding the full menu.
This allows you to quickly switch between a compact workspace view or the full navigation layout, depending on your preference.
Profile & Account Controls
Your profile and account options have moved to the top-right corner of the Universal Navigation bar.
Selecting your profile provides quick access to:
- Settings
- Theme
- Log Out
Placing these controls under your profile keeps account-related actions grouped together and helps simplify the left navigation.
App Switcher
A new App Switcher is now available in the top navigation.
This allows you to quickly move to supported MMI applications, such as:
- Data Center
- Content Studio
As additional MMI products adopt Universal Navigation, they will appear here as well, making it easier to move between tools without opening new tabs or switching environments.
Calling, ChatMMI, and Help
Several commonly used utilities have also moved to the Universal Navigation so they’re easy to access from anywhere in the platform.
You’ll now find:
- Calling
- ChatMMI
- Help Center
directly in the top navigation bar, rather than in the left sidebar.
Token Balance
Your Token balance is now displayed in the Universal Navigation bar.
This allows you to quickly see your available tokens at any time. Hovering over the token icon will display additional details about your token usage and availability, just as it did previously. You are also able to purchase tokens from here without ever having to leave your current page.
A More Connected MMI Experience
Universal Navigation is designed to create a more unified experience across the MMI platform. As more products adopt this shared navigation, you’ll be able to move between tools more seamlessly and access shared functionality from a consistent place.
For Bonzo users, the core experience remains the same—just with a cleaner layout and a navigation system designed to make the broader MMI ecosystem easier to use as it continues to grow.
