When integrating MMI with Bonzo, you gain access to intelligent data that empowers you to make informed decisions about realtors and prospects. This enhanced data is seamlessly integrated into various areas within Bonzo, ensuring that, regardless of your workflow, the information is available and optimized for further organization and action.

In Your Realtor Portal

The Realtor portal provides an in-depth look into all the contacts marked as realtors in your Bonzo database. With MMI connected, you will be able to view your realtors enhanced fields which provides access to the intelligent data collected by MMI.

1. To get started, navigate to "Realtors" under the "Data" dropdown. Here you will see a list of everyone that has been marked as a realtor in your Bonzo database.

    

   

    

   As a reminder, to mark a contact as a Realtor, select them in your People tab, navigate to the "+" symbol on your Quick Action Toolbar, and select "Mark as realtor." When this is complete, you will see a blue building icon next to their name.

    

   

    

2. In the Realtor Portal, you'll find a toggle in the top-right corner that lets you turn MMI enhanced fields on or off. When activated, this feature displays additional data, such as "Performance," "Agent YTD Buyside Volume," "Agent Buyside Volume (Rolling)," and a link to their "Fast Facts" profile, directly within your Realtor Portal. To view this data, simply scroll over a contact for quick access to these insights.

    

   

    

   It's important to note, you will only see these MMI enhanced fields if the contacts are pushed over from your MMI webhook.

3. Clicking on a realtor brings you into their "Communication" view. If you select the details tab at the top, you will see a view labelled "MMI Agent Data." Here you will see the same information found in the realtor portal but graphed.

    

   

    

   You will also gain access to a "Google" button that directs you to your browser to search for any missing information on this contact, as well as a button that directs you back to their MMI profile.

    

   

    

   It's important to note, you will only see these MMI enhanced fields if the contacts are pushed over from your MMI webhook.

In Your People Tab

In your People tab, you can quickly view and make edits to a contact's record by using the "Preview" button. With MMI connected, you will be able to quickly gain insight into the contact's enhanced data using this feature.

1. Navigate to the "People" tab under the "Data" dropdown and scroll over one of your realtor contacts to call up the "Preview" feature.

    

   

    

2. Clicking on preview, will pull up a sidebar that provides access to their contact details and views, including their "MMI Agent Data."

    

   

    

   It's important to note, you will only see these MMI enhanced fields if the contact has been pushed over from your MMI webhook.

In Your Campaigns

With MMI connected, you can use custom MMI merge tags to seamlessly pull a contact's intelligent data into your event messages as you craft them.

1. Within the event editing screen in a new or existing Campaign, navigate to the merge tag section and click on "Show more."

    

   

    

2. Here you will see a collection of merge tags that represent different data points on the platform organized into categories. Click on the "MMI" tab to pull up custom MMI merge tags.

    

   

    

   Scroll through the list or utilize the search bar to find the exact merge tag you need.
   
   

3. When adding an enhanced MMI merge tag the tag will appear in black rather than Bonzo pink.

    

   

    

   Keep in mind, you will only be able to utilize this merge tag if you've pushed this realtor over via your MMI webhook.
