Integrating Bonzo with M.M.I. (Mobility Market Intelligence) can significantly enhance your workflow and data management. The M.M.I. Enhanced Webhook allows you, with the click of a button, to push realtors and loan officers into Bonzo and into a particular campaign or pipeline stage for automated outreach.
-
To get started, navigate to the settings menu in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. Scroll down to "Integrations" and click on "Webhooks." You'll see any previously created webhooks and their statuses. To create a new webhook, click on the "Add Webhook" button.
-
First, name your webhook with a clear purpose. You can push real estate agents or loan officers directly into a campaign or pipeline stage that you have built inside Bonzo. If these fields are left blank, the lead will be pushed into your People tab, and you can manually move them from there. Note that these fields can be updated after the integration is created.
You can also establish more specific routing groups and conditions, which will be detailed in another video.
-
Choose M.M.I. as the integration type. For settings, we recommend selecting the option to merge duplicates. This ensures that if you already have M.M.I. contacts in your Bonzo database, the system won't create duplicate contacts.
To update existing M.M.I. data on a contact record, you will still need to manually push the data from M.M.I. into Bonzo; the integration doesn't update the data automatically.
-
After configuring these settings, click "Create" to establish the webhook. You will now see the newly created webhook listed with a URL link in your webhooks tab.
-
Copy the webhook URL by clicking the page icon, then log in to your M.M.I. account. In the M.M.I. dashboard, navigate to the "User Info" section.
In this tab, you’ll find a section titled "Webhooks." Click to expand it.
Paste the link from Bonzo into the "CRM Push URL" field. Once pasted, click "Save Webhook." -
You will know the integration is live when you see the Bonzo logo next to the name in a realtor or loan officer’s profile in M.M.I. This indicates that the webhook is successfully connected between the two platforms.
-
Clicking the Bonzo button brings up a details screen where you can review and edit the contact details before selecting "Send CRM Push" to bring them into Bonzo.
Specific info was redacted from this account record to protect the integrity of the agent. Note that an email and phone number are required to push a contact from M.M.I. into Bonzo.
Advanced Routing
With the M.M.I. Enhanced Webhook, you can create routing groups that direct prospects to different campaigns or pipeline stages based on specific conditions you define. This is especially useful for routing realtors and loan officers to different stages within the same pipeline.
-
To start, click on your existing M.M.I. Webhook and go into the edit screen. If you want to establish routing groups and conditions, we advise removing any specific campaign or pipeline instructions established on the "Edit" page, as they may interfere with your new settings.
-
Click "Routing" and then "Add group" to set up a new routing group.
You can establish routing to specific "Campaigns," "Assignees," "Pipeline Stages," and set a "Daily Quota" for the number of prospects routed through this group. You can add multiple groups with various conditions, but each group functions as an "or" statement. For example, leads will route to Bill if they are from Georgia with a zip code ending in 09, or to Tedd if the state is Georgia with a zip code ending in 06.
-
Click on the pencil icon to establish specific conditions based on various data fields within Bonzo. M.M.I. provides specific fields for data like "Performance," "Fast Facts," and "Agent Active Volume."
-
You can add multiple conditions, and it’s important to treat each condition as an "AND" statement. For example, here the "State is equal to Georgia" AND the "Current Zip is equal to 30309." When editing a condition, you must always establish the "Field," the "Action," and the "Value." For example, to route realtors and loan officers to different stages on the same pipeline, you would set the following fields: "Prospect Type is equal to Regular (i.e. loan officer)" and "Source is equal to M.M.I."

-
Then, select the appropriate pipeline stage to which you would like to route them. Establish another group for realtors and select a different pipeline stage within the same pipeline Make sure you click on "Save Routing" for your new routing rules to take effect. This ensures your advanced routing configurations are active and your leads are correctly directed to the appropriate campaigns or pipeline stages.

The M.M.I. Enhanced Webhook seamlessly pushes realtors and loan officers into targeted campaigns or pipeline stages, streamlining lead management. Advanced routing ensures prospects are directed to the right campaigns based on specific conditions, saving you time and enhancing business growth. This integration optimizes your CRM and empowers efficient, effective lead management.
