Top-level users (SuperUser or Team Lead) has the ability to manage and control the token usage of individual team members. In your "Teams" tab you can establish specific token limits for each team member, ensuring they don't exceed a designated amount. Alternatively, you can set unlimited token usage, allowing members to draw from the team's total token pool as needed.

View Team Limits & Usage

1. As a top-level user, you can access and control your team members' token usage by navigating to "Settings" and then down to the "Team Members" tab.

    

   

    

2. Here you can view their current monthly usage (number on the left) as well as any limit that you have established for that team member (number on the right). It's important to note that these numbers are updated every minute, so it's possible to see a discrepancy between the team member's token usage and the total team amount viewable in the top left under your name and Bonzo number.

    

   

    

    

Create Team Member Limits or Activate Unlimited Usage

1. To establish team member token limits, scroll over on the team member and click on the "Edit" button on the right of the page.

    

   

    

    

    

2. Scroll down on that team member to the middle section labelled "Token limit." By setting a specific limit on this team member, you are telling Bonzo that you would like the system to halt tokens usage when this number is depleted each month. It's important to note that token limits default to 10k per month per seat unless updated by a team lead.

    

   

    

3. You can also grant this team member unlimited monthly token usage by checking the box for "Unlimited token usage." This will give the team member continuous access to your team's token pool until the pool is either depleted or replenished.

Transferring Tokens to Teams

You can transfer both Subscription tokens and Monthly tokens (including those allocated to SuperUsers) to your teams. This feature provides flexibility in resource allocation across your organization.

1. To transfer tokens, navigate to the "General" tab and click on "Teams."

    

   

    

2. Scroll over to the right on your SU account and click on "Details" or just click on a team.
   
   

    

3. This will bring you to a page where you can view your "Monthly Tokens left" and "Subscription Tokens left." Click on the "Transfer" button next to those amounts to begin the transfer process. 

    

4. Within the "Transfer" window, select the "Transfer type" (Subscription or Monthly). Then select the "Team Name" from the dropdown, provide the "Amount" of tokens, and finally "Confirm" the transfer and click "Transfer". These tokens will become immediately available to your team members.
    

Using the Team Token Limits feature helps maintain oversight and control over token resource allocation. This feature supports better management of team resources, allowing for more strategic planning and budgeting.
