You can add important information such as your NMLS ID, survey link, and social media handles to be used as merge tags. Additionally, you can manage security settings, notification preferences, and shifts. These account settings are designed to help you tailor your Bonzo experience to your personal and professional preferences, making your workflow smoother and more enjoyable.

Communication settings allow you to customize and manage how you communicate with your contacts through email and your unique Bonzo number. Within this tab, you can start the verification process, which is essential for all new accounts on Bonzo and ultimately affects the deliverability of your calls and text messages. You can also establish call & text routing which allows you to direct calls to specific campaigns and to different team members.
Company Settings
Team Leads in Bonzo have the ability to access and manage Company Settings, allowing them to set up specific rules and functionalities for their team. These settings include managing roles, team members, billing, add-ons, custom views, custom statuses. It's important to note that only top-level users, such as SuperUsers and Team Leads, have access to these settings. Unless the top-level user has granted you access to specific setting or feature, as a team Member, you may not be able to view or edit these settings.
