Campaigns: Exporting and Importing Campaigns

Campaign export and import features help you share campaigns between team members, create backups of your campaigns, and reuse successful campaign structures across your organization.

Where to Find Campaign Export and Import

Export: From any specific campaign page, click "Options" in the top-right corner, then select "Export Campaign".

Import: From your main Campaigns page, click "Options" in the top-right corner, then select "Import Campaign".

How Campaign Export and Import Works

When you export a campaign, the system creates a file containing the complete campaign structure including all days, events, message content, and timing settings. This exported file can then be imported by you or shared with team members to recreate the campaign in any account.

The imported campaign becomes an independent copy. Changes made to the original campaign will not affect the imported version, and vice versa.
 

Exporting a Campaign

1. Navigate to the specific campaign you want to export
2. Click "Options" in the top-right corner
3. Select "Export Campaign"
4. Select your file type (CSV or JSON)
   
5. The system will download a file containing your campaign data

Importing a Campaign

1. From your main Campaigns page, click "Options" in the top-right corner

2. Select "Import Campaign"

   

3. Choose the campaign file you want to import
   
4. Click "Import" to complete the process

The imported campaign will appear in your campaigns list as a disabled campaign. You can review and modify the campaign before enabling it and adding prospects.
 

What Gets Imported

The import process recreates the complete campaign structure including:

• All campaign days and their spacing
• All events (emails, SMS, voicemails, and tasks)
• Message content and merge tags
• Event delays and timing settings
• Send time configurations
