The Enrich Recruiting Data feature lets you pull the latest MMI data directly into a contact's Recruiting tab using their NMLS number. Whether a contact already exists in your database or was pushed over from MMI, enrichment gives you an up-to-date, side-by-side view of their data so you can decide exactly what to apply.
How It Works
There are two common scenarios where enrichment is useful:
Path 1: Contact exists in your database but has no MMI data If a contact was added manually or predates your MMI integration, their MMI LO Data tab may be empty. Adding their NMLS number and running enrichment creates their MMI data record so they'll receive future updates automatically.
Path 2: Contact came from MMI but you want updated recruiting details If a contact was pushed over from MMI but their recruiting fields are outdated, enrichment lets you review and apply the latest MMI data to specific fields.
Steps to Use
- Open the contact's Recruiting tab in Bonzo.
- Enter their NLMS or Copy it from MMI LO Data. The Enrich button will not appear without a saved NMLS.
Click the Enrich button. A slideover panel will open showing a side-by-side comparison of current values vs. incoming MMI data across key fields, including NMLS #, job title, company name, LinkedIn URL, YTD volume, and YTD transactions.
Review the changes. Fields with incoming values that differ from what's on file are visually highlighted so you can quickly spot what's new.
Select what to apply.- Empty fields will be filled in automatically.
- Fields that already have a value require you to check the box to confirm the overwrite.
- Click Apply. The recruiting tab updates immediately and a success confirmation appears. Updated fields are highlighted in green.
Recruiting with stale or incomplete data slows you down. The enrichment feature closes the gap between your existing contact database and the live MMI data set — giving you confidence that the LOs you're targeting have current, accurate information on file.
