Bonzo and MMI users with Pathways Home access can now leverage the power of dynamic Property Pages directly within their Bonzo campaigns. This integration transforms how loan officers engage with past borrowers by providing personalized, white-labeled property pages that showcase equity snapshots, interactive calculators, and home search functionality, all while keeping you, the LO, front and center. Two pre-built campaign templates have been created to help you get started: the 12-Month Past Borrower Reengagement Campaign and the 12-Month Post Close Campaign. These campaigns strategically incorporate Property Page merge tags to reignite conversations, demonstrate ongoing value, and position you as a trusted advisor throughout your clients' homeownership journey.
What is a Property Page?
A Property Page is a fully branded, interactive web page that provides homeowners with a view of their property's current estimated value and estimated equity position. Each Property Page is dynamically generated using real-time public record data and is customized with your company's logo, brand colors, and contact information as configured through MMI. Property Pages include several key features designed to engage borrowers:
Equity Snapshot - A visual representation of the homeowner's current estimated equity, estimated home value, and monthly change. This automatically updates monthly as new data becomes available.
Interactive Calculators - Two specialized tools help homeowners explore financial options: the Refinance Calculator allows them to model potential savings based on current interest rates, while the Investment Property Calculator demonstrates the financial potential of converting their home into a rental property with metrics like monthly rental income and return on investment.
ComeHome Integration - An embedded home search tool that enables homeowners to explore available properties in their area, positioning you as their resource for their next move while keeping them engaged with real estate opportunities.
Loan Officer Contact Section - Your complete contact information including phone, text, email, and a VCard download button that allows homeowners to save your details directly to their device contacts with one click.
All Property Pages are accessible via a unique URL that can be shared through email, text message, social media, or embedded in Bonzo campaigns. The pages are mobile-responsive, making them easily accessible for borrowers to view and share.

Pathways Home: General Overview
Bonzo Campaign Templates Overview
This campaign is designed to re-establish connections with borrowers from past transactions who may have lost touch with you over time. The campaign strategically spaces touchpoints across a 12-month period, using the CARE framework (Conversational, Actionable, Relevant, Easy to Digest) to maintain engagement without overwhelming your contacts. Each email message in the sequence (every 30 days) incorporates personalized elements and includes the Property Page merge tag, allowing borrowers to see their current estimated equity position and explore financial opportunities at their own pace.
This campaign is designed to launch 90 days after a loan closes and to help you maintain engagement throughout the critical first year of homeownership. The Post Close Campaign recognizes that newly closed borrowers are navigating a significant life transition and positions you as their ongoing advisor rather than a one-time transactional relationship. The campaign begins with congratulatory messages and helpful homeownership tips, then evolves to include Property Page merge tag that show equity building in real-time.
Note: Day 1 and 91 messages include an event task that contains configuration instructions. Those instructions are also listed below. It is recommended to delete the task instruction after configuration and before use.
