The MMI Data Center integration ("My MMI Data") is a transformative feature designed to help Bonzo members access and act on historical transaction data from MMI directly within the Bonzo platform. By consolidating these tools into one interface, members save time, gain actionable insights, and take immediate action on this data directly within Bonzo to strengthen customer relationships and drive business growth.
Navigate and Opt-In
- From your Dashboard, navigate to your sidebar, click on the "Data" dropdown, and then on then on "My MMI Data."
- To activate your account, you'll be prompted to fill out the following information:
- NMLS Number (this is your personal NMLS number, not your company's NMLS)
- Phone Number
Once you have completed those fields, read and accept the MMI Data Center Terms of Use and proceed to the page to view your historical data.
Access My MMI Data in Bonzo
Once your MMI Data Center account is activated in Bonzo, you can view My Past Transactions and Refinder, while also establishing key Refinder Settings and enabling Refinder Sync.

My Past Transactions: This tab provides a view of your historical transaction data sourced from MMI. Unlike Refinder, which applies specific filters to identify refinance opportunities, My Past Transactions displays all past transactions without any preset criteria. This allows you to review your loan history and manually identify potential follow-up opportunities.
My Past Transactions
When navigating your historical transactions, you have the ability to filter, identify past clients that may not already be in your database, and import them.
Click on the filter icon in the top right corner to filter through your historical data to identify the contacts you would like to import into Bonzo for further action.

Note: MMI has identified your past loans where you were the most recent loan officer to complete the transaction. Please note that records and information visible in the Data Center are not automatically added to your Bonzo account. To utilize this data, follow the import process outlined below to transfer it into your account.
Importing Past Customer Data
The integration makes it easy to import past clients identified by MMI directly into Bonzo. You can select one or more records for import and customize how the data appears in your database.
Here's how it works:
- Choose individual or bulk records to import, including filtered results.
- Once you have selected the record(s), click on the Import Action icon next to the name or on the Quick Action Toolbar to initiate the import process.
- The import screen will allow you to take initial action on this data before bringing the record over into your People database.
Options include:

- Select Campaign: route all selected prospects to a pre-existing Campaign (i.e. Refinder Refinance - outlined below).
- Select Stage: route all selected prospects to a pre-existing Pipeline stage.
- Select or Create Tags: use pre-existing tags or create new tags for these prospects for identification and sorting.
- Update on Duplicate: if a duplicate is found, update existing information. If Bonzo recognizes a duplicate record (comparing transactions address with Bonzo record), the Prospect's loan transaction details will be updated, replacing any existing loan data. If this option is left unchecked, all imported transactions will create new Prospects.
- Run Enrichment: use Bonzo's enrichment tool to search for additional data on these prospects (i.e. address, phone number, email) and if found, automatically add it to the records. There is currently no token cost to run Enrichment on past contacts through My Data Center.
When all selections have been made, click "Update" and the prospects will be imported into your People tab for further action.
Note: The import options mentioned above can also be accomplished post import by navigating to your "People" tab, selecting the prospect records, and utilizing the "Quick Action Toolbar."
Enhanced Workflow Integration
After importing, customer records can be enriched with additional details, tagged for better categorization, and linked to campaigns, ensuring efficient follow-up and engagement.
Refinder Refinance Campaign
Take action with the Refinder Refinance campaign and leverage your historical transaction data from MMI Refinder webhook or your Data Center integration with this targeted refinance campaign. This template is designed to help you engage past clients, highlight the benefits of refinancing even in a fluctuating rate environment, and provide personalized solutions to tap into their home’s equity.
- Click on "Campaigns" in your sidebar navigation and then on the "Templates" tab at the top.
- Use the search bar or scroll through the "Converting" templates and locate "Refinder Refinance." You can preview the template by clicking on the "eye" icon or pull it directly into your account by clicking on "Import"
- The campaign spans five event days distributed over approximately three weeks. Each day features messaging specifically designed to reengage past borrowers, offering opportunities to refinance or cash out. The goals and objectives for each day are outlined in the "Event Name" field to provide clear guidance on the purpose of each message. As with all Bonzo templates, the Refinder Refinance campaign is fully customizable.
Note: It's important to review all campaign messages before sending to ensure that the communication is specific to your audience and business needs.
Login to MMI from Bonzo
You can now access MMI's dashboard directly from Bonzo, giving you the ability to use tools like Matchmaker and explore MMI's real estate, mortgage, and property data.
- Navigate to the bottom of your sidebar under MMI Apps and click on "MMI Data Center."
- Once logged in you'll see Data Center 1.5 which groups features and data with a sidebar navigation(similar to Bonzo).
