Step 1: Go to the Smart Elements Page
From the main navigation, click Smart Elements.
Step 2: Create a New Smart Element
Click the New Design button in the top right.
Give your new Smart Element a name.
(if making a Flyer Signature, the defaults options are already set)
Step 3: Add a Logo Placeholder
Click Add Image Placeholder (top toolbar)
Click on the canvas to drop the placeholder.
Step 4: Insert Your Brand Logo
In the Left Panel, go to: Library > Logos
Make sure the placeholder is selected, then click your logo.
Step 5: Add a Profile Photo
Repeat Step 3 to add another image placeholder.
In the Left Panel, go to: Dynamic > User
Click User Profile Photo.
Step 6: Adjust Size & Alignment
Select the image, and use the Design Tools Panel (right side)
Use “Fit” to resize
Use alignment buttons to line up elements
Step 7: Add Dynamic Text (Name, Title, etc.)
Click the Text Box tool (top toolbar), then click the canvas
With the box selected, scroll to the bottom of the right panel
Click the dynamic fields you want (like User Name, Title, etc.)
Step 8: Style Your Text
With text selected, use the Design Tools Panel to:
Set font color to “Primary” or “Secondary”
Choose Heading or Body style
Step 9: Save and Publish
Click Save
Change the Status to Published so it can be used later
Step 10: Use Your Signature in a Flyer
Open any flyer design
In the Left Panel, go to: Library > Smart Elements
Click your saved signature from the list
