Can I create my own designs?
Yes. From the Drafts page or the Content Library page, click the Add Design (Create New Content) button in the upper right corner.
How do I export and use a design?
From the Content Library, click the Preview button while hovering over a thumbnail image. In the Preview Window, click the Export button in the upper right. Choose the export format from the popup.
How do I manage my profile?
Your Photo, Name, Email, and Office Phone are pulled in from your Bonzo profile upon initially logging into Content Studio. After that, only your profile photo will be updated at log in and your Content Studio profile will be managed directly in Content Studio. You can find your profile by clicking your user name in the upper left of the screen, and Profile in the dropdown that appears.
Can I share a design?
Not currently. However, a SuperUser or Team Lead can copy a Team Member’s design and make it available to the Team.
Brand
Can I delete the parent brand?
No. A parent brand can only be edited by a Company Admin.
How can I change our brand?
Parent Brand - All accounts have a Parent Brand. If you have access to the Brand Management page, and are a Company Admin, you can edit the Parent Brand.
Team Brand - If you are a Team that needs a brand different from the Parent Brand, if your account has the appropriate permissions, you will see a “Create New Brand” button on the Brand Management page. Creating a brand at the team level will override the Parent Brand for all Users within that team.
