The Labels feature found in Company Settings allows top-level users to categorize campaigns and pipelines across their team or organization according to their intended purpose. These labels are fully customizable to suit your needs. This initial version of labels supports better organization and will set the foundation for advanced filtering options within both the Campaigns and Pipelines tabs in future updates.
Create Labels
-
To start creating labels, as the top-level user, navigate to your "Settings," down to the "Company" tab and click on "Labels."
- Here, you’ll see any existing labels and can add new ones for your team or organization by clicking the "Add New Label button" in the top right. For example, you can create functional labels like “Marketing: Agents” or “Marketing: Prospects,” or administrative labels such as “Management Approved" or "Management Rejected."
Add Labels to Campaigns or Pipelines
-
After creating a label, it can be applied to specific campaigns or pipelines by any user within your team or organization. To do this, navigate to the Settings tab of the campaign or pipeline you want to label, click on the dropdown next to “Labels," and select the appropriate label. Remember to click "Save" before exiting.
- Navigating back to the Campaign or Pipeline tab, the new label will appear to the left of the campaign name so that it's easily identifiable to anyone accessing that Campaign or Pipeline.
Future updates to “Labels” will allow teams to organize and filter campaigns and pipelines more effectively using these categories. This first version is designed to help your team establish organizational preferences and prepare for enhanced functionality coming soon.
