With Resource Links, top-level users (SuperUsers and Team Leads) can now add company-specific resource links to centralize essential tools directly on the Bonzo dashboard for their entire team. Found at the bottom of your navigation sidebar, these links offer convenient access to any organization critical platform, such as intranet portals, loan origination systems, company websites, or other tech-stack tools. This enhancement allows Bonzo to become your daily operations hub, where team members can quickly access all the necessary tools for their work without leaving the platform.
Establish Resource Links
1. As a top-level user, navigate to your "Settings," down to the "Company" tab and click on "Resource Links"
2. Here you will be able to determine the resources for you and your organization by clicking on "+Add New Link"
3. Once added, you will be able to drag and drop them into the order you would like them to appear in your team's navigation sidebar.
4. After creation and organization, all resource will be viewable under the "Resource Links" dropdown at the bottom of you or your team's navigation sidebar.
Examples of Resource Links to Add:
- Internal company intranet portals
- Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Company websites
- Employee or team management platforms
- Training portals, documentation repositories, or knowledge bases
- Links to commonly used industry tools or compliance resources
