Getting Started with Handwrytten
To set up the Handwrytten integration, you must first create a Handwrytten account. Please visit this link to sign up and a pre-payment or subscription plan. Once you selected the option that is appropriate for you, you’ll need to grab your Handwrytten account API key.
- Navigate to your account name in the top right and click on the dropdown arrow. Then select “Integrations.”
- Click on “Add API Key” and give your API key a name (i.e. Bonzo API Key or Bonzo API Connection).
- Click on the pages icon to copy and grab the link.
Getting Started in Bonzo
Once you’ve collected your Handywrytten API key, you’ll need to make an “Integration Request” within your Bonzo account. It’s important to note, only top-level users can access the “Integrations” tab and make “Integrations Requests.”
- Navigate to “Settings,” down to the “Integrations” tab, and click on “Custom Integrations.”
- Scroll down to find Handywrytten and click on the title card.
3. Here you will see more specific information concerning the integration including “Pricing” for the request and “Timeframe” for implementation. It’s important to note that most integrations include a one time build fee + a recurring monthly fee that handles maintenance on the integration. Though the build fee is unique to each integration request, the monthly fee encapsulates all integrations (i.e. You will only pay $25 per month for maintenance on all of your active integrations).
4. Below the information are blank fields for you to outline the specifics of your integration request, including your API key and name (copied from your Handwrytten account).
Here, you will also include specifics about the card and message you would like to send. In the “Special Instructions” section, please note how you would like the integration to work (i.e. which Pipeline / Pipeline stage triggers a new card to be generated and sent).
