The Floify integration with Bonzo seamlessly syncs prospect and loan details between both platforms. When prospects register, submit an application, or reach milestones, their information is automatically transferred to Bonzo. A custom Floify pipeline in Bonzo aligns with your Floify milestones, allowing you to track progress and automate messaging throughout the loan process.
How does this integration work?
The Floify integration syncs prospect details when they register for an account through your Floify application page, submit their application, or when any milestone changes are made. These prospects and their loan details are added to a Floify pipeline in Bonzo that aligns with the milestones set up in your Floify account. You can set up messaging to go out to those prospects as they progress through the loan process.
What information do we need to get started?
To get started, we need to know which milestones you have configured in your Floify account so we can properly map the pipeline stages in Bonzo. You will also need to install the integration in Floify by going to the Integrations tab and selecting Bonzo under the CRM Integrations section. If you do not see the Bonzo integration, check with your Floify admin.
How much does this integration cost?
The Floify integration costs $100 for implementation.
Things to know:
- If multiple people are on your Floify account, we will need the names and emails of the team members to include in the integration.
- You cannot delete stages from the pipeline. The pipeline is the foundation of the connection between Bonzo and Floify. Deleting a stage will break the connection. You can collapse or hide stages instead (here’s a video showing how).
- This integration is not retroactive. You will need to perform an initial export from Floify to Bonzo for closed loans or loans that have already started. Once the integration is set up, clients will move automatically in Bonzo.
