Integrations requests allow team leads to request specific integrations between Bonzo and various third-party platforms. This feature provides flexibility to connect Bonzo with tools that enhance your workflow. While there is a list of core integrations that can be easily set up, you can also request additional integrations through a simple form.
How to Request an Integration

From your dashboard, navigate to "Settings," and down to “Custom Integrations" under the "Integrations" tab.
Please note, only Team Leads (account owners) have access to the "Integrations" tab and can make integration requests.

Once here, you’ll see available integrations displayed in a tile format, each with a brief description and logo for easy identification.

Clicking on any of these tiles will provide more details about the integration and the specific information needed to complete the setup.
For example, if you're setting up an integration with Arrive, you’ll need to provide the client ID, API key, and email address, along with answers to a few pipeline-related questions. Each integration has its own set of requirements, clearly laid out for you to fill in.

If the integration you need isn’t listed, scroll to the bottom of the page, where you’ll find an option to submit a request for new integrations.
This request doesn’t guarantee that the integration will be built, but it will be reviewed for feasibility and potential inclusion in Bonzo's future development roadmap. If an integration request is accepted, Bonzo will reach out to discuss the next steps.

Once submitted, all integration requests are placed in a queue. The timeline for accepted integrations depends on the complexity of the integration. Some setups may take 3-5 business days, while more complex integrations can take 10-15 business days. These requests will be visible at the bottom of the tab and reflect their current status.
