In Bonzo, you have the capability to integrate an external CRM, specifically HubSpot and PipeDrive, allowing you to import existing data into your account. Enabling this connection simplifies the import process, making it easy to transfer data directly into your Bonzo account. This eliminates the need to create, export, track, and import multiple spreadsheets separately.
Pre-Configuring CRM Connection via Settings

From your dashboard, navigate to “Settings," scroll down to the "Integrations" tab and click on "CRM import accounts."

Here you will see any existing CRM integrations. Click on "Create new CRM import account" to begin a new integration.

Next, select the CRM platform you would like to connect (HubSpot or Pipedrive).

Input the API key provided by your CRM. This establishes a secure connection between Bonzo and your CRM, setting up the connection ahead of any import activity.
Connecting CRM During Import Process

From your dashboard, click on "Import" under the data dropdown in your sidebar navigation.

Click on "New Import," then select, "Import from CRM."

On the Import screen click the "Select CRM" dropdown to select an existing CRM integration or click the "+" symbol to create a new integration.
